I accept most major insurance plans through Headway and Grow. For billing, eligibility, and claims, please visit the Headway or Grow websites.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network
If you do not use Headway or Grow, I do not bill insurance directly. Instead, I can provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Self-pay patients enjoy greater scheduling flexibility and personalized care.

Rates & Services

Initial Assessment

• New Patient Intake (90 minutes): $450

• Returning Patient Initial Assessment: $200 or the current rate for a 1-hour session (whichever is greater). Clinical need for reassessment is determined by your provider.

Follow-Up Appointments

• Medication Management (45 minutes): $175

• Psychotherapy with Medication Management (50 minutes): $200

Policy Highlights

• All new patients: $450 for initial assessment
